Good morning and welcome. This is the first Saturday of the month and the appointed time is here so as you would expect I am currently hosting my monthly councillors surgery. I was ten minutes late this morning due to unforseen circumstances. If my lateness has meant that anyone missed me I apologise. Sadly the standard equipment for a borough councillor has not been expanded to include a crystal ball, though I am sure that my colleagues in chamber would see the appeal.
Sometimes at a surgery no one comes along and I do hope that this will not be one of those. It could be of course that no one has any problems with or concerns about Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and the direction that it is taking but I doubt that.
If you are unable to make it today then please feel free to avail yourself of the opportunity to question, inform or moan at me if you so wish between 10am and 11am on the first Saturday in February. I shall be waiting!
